Refund policy

 Please contact us before returning a defective item in order to receive the return shipping address and other instructions.



If you are not satisfied with the item you received and want to return it, you can open a request to return the product with the following procedure.



Within 30 days of receiving the product contact us by email with a photo or video explaining the issue and whether you want a refund or replacement. And you need to send back the items within 30 days of receiving the product. (We assume that the time when you receive the items is the time when the logistics track delivery).

We will review the claim and contact you if we need more information within 24 hours.

If approved, we will refund or resend the item, you may also be asked to return the product. We will provide you with instructions for returning the product and the address to which you need to return the product.

After receiving the returned item we will refund the cost of the product to your bank account or original method of payment.
On the same day that we receive the goods, you will receive a letter confirming the refund.

The time of refund depends on the recipient's bank. This can take up to 10 business days.


If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.




Order processing times take 3-5 business days.
This is due to check your order for quality assurance, packing, printing of shipping labels, and forwarding it to our shipping company for dispatch.

We will not be able to cancel orders once it has begun to be processed. As a general rule of thumb, if you do not email us within 5 hours of placing an order, there is a high chance that we will not be able to cancel it. Nonetheless, do drop us an email at as soon as possible if you would like to cancel your order.




5 hours to cancel the order without any reason and a full refund

3-5 working days to attempt to cancel for important reasons if the item is still in the warehouse and has not been handed over to the shipping company.

30 days from the moment of receiving the goods to return it

1-10 working days for the refund to the buyer's account

24 hours to respond to inquiries from our support team

We accept a return of rejected goods or goods distinctly different from the description. 


Important. Each item has its own free return label with an individual code. If you have requested the return of 2 (or more) items, you must receive 2 (or more) labels and send 2 (or more) packages.
If you put 2 (or more) items in one package but only used 1 return label, we will only be able to process 1 item received and refund only 1 item. Never send 2 (or more) items in one package using only 1 return label. 



  • If more than 30 days have passed since receiving it.
  • If the product is from the personal use group (Swimwear, Lingerie, and Earrings)
  • Products that were on sale at the time of purchase
  • If the customer mistakenly specified an incorrect or incomplete address when placing an order.


Please look at the size chart specified on the website while placing an order to be sure that the chosen size will suit you.


For hygiene reasons and for your protection, we do not accept returns on the following items: Swimwear, Lingerie, and Earrings.




  • The items are in original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached
  • Item tags are not damaged
  • Items have no traces or stains (including traces of makeup or deodorant)
  • The items do not have an intense smell of deodorant, perfume, body spray, detergent, etc.
  • Items are not washed
  • Returns will be refused if items are found in one or more of the above situations.




If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

EXCHANGES (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at



If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.


If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
