1. Free Standard Worldwide Shipping

We offer free standard worldwide shipping on all orders.

Free standard shipping does not include express shipping, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or any local charges required by the destination country.

2. Order Processing Time

Order processing time is separate from shipping time.

Our standard order processing time is usually 3–5 business days. This time is used to review your order, complete quality checks, prepare the package, print the shipping label, and forward the order to our shipping partner for dispatch.

Please note that the total estimated delivery time includes both processing time and shipping time.

3. Estimated Standard Shipping Times

All packages are shipped using a trackable shipping method. Once our shipping partner provides us with the tracking number, we will send the tracking information to you by email.

Estimated standard shipping times vary depending on the destination country or region.

Estimated delivery times:

a) United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Spain, France, Korea, Taiwan, China, Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, and New Zealand: approximately 10 to 20 business days.

b) Brazil, Mexico, Venezuela, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Netherlands, Germany, Philippines, Indonesia, India, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Bahrain, United Arab Emirates, and all other countries not listed separately: approximately 20 to 30 business days.

c) Lebanon, Colombia, Dominican Republic, Kuwait, Russia, and South Africa: approximately 20 to 49 business days.

Please note that all delivery times are estimates and are based on normal shipping conditions.

Occasionally, international shipping may take longer due to high shipping volumes, holiday seasons, customs processing, carrier delays, local postal delays, or other circumstances outside our control.

4. Express Shipping

Express shipping may be available upon request and is not included in free standard worldwide shipping.

If you would like to upgrade your order to express shipping, please email us at support@ctrlnuit.com immediately after placing your order.

We will inform you about the available express shipping options for your specific region and provide the applicable cost before payment.

Express shipping may be handled by DHL, FedEx, Aramex, UPS, or an equivalent courier service, depending on the destination and availability.

Estimated express shipping time is usually 6 to 13 business days, depending on the destination country, courier availability, and customs processing.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped and the tracking number becomes available, we will send you the tracking information by email.

If more than 6 business days have passed after your order was placed and you have not received tracking information, please contact us at support@ctrlnuit.com and we will check the status of your order.

Please note that tracking information may take some time to update after the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

6. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they are processed or shipped.

Because order preparation may begin shortly after purchase, cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible.

As a general guideline, if you do not email us within 5 hours of placing your order, we may not be able to guarantee cancellation because the order may have already entered processing or been shipped.

If you would like to request an order cancellation, please contact us at support@ctrlnuit.com as soon as possible with your order number.

Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, we may be unable to cancel or amend it.

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address, full name, email address, and contact details are accurate before placing your order.

We are not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or loss caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us immediately at support@ctrlnuit.com. We will do our best to assist you, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once the order has entered processing or has been shipped.

8. Orders That Cannot Be Delivered

If an order is refused, unclaimed, returned to sender, or cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional costs may apply.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to collect the package, reshipping fees or return costs may apply.

We are not responsible for packages that cannot be delivered because the customer provided incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information.

9. Packages Marked as Delivered

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier to the address provided at checkout.

If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend checking with your local postal service, courier, building reception, neighbors, or household members.

10. Separate Packages

Some orders may be shipped in multiple or separate packages.

This may happen due to item availability, package weight restrictions, warehouse location, or to help dispatch available items faster.

If you receive only part of your order, please do not worry. The remaining item or items may still be on the way.

11. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other local charges required by the destination country.

These charges are not included in our free standard shipping and are the responsibility of the customer.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, customs inspections, import procedures, or local postal services.
